JOIN THE CREW
We're hiring crew for the 2026 season. If you love being outside, care about how food gets grown, and want to work alongside a small family team in Ferndale — read on.
Learn alongside Craig and the brothers on the daily rhythm of our small, sustainable vegetable farm — seeding, transplanting, weeding, harvesting, washing, and packing. Hands-on outdoor work on family-owned ground with deep roots in Whatcom County. As part of the crew, you’ll get free fresh produce straight from the farm.
To apply, send an email to Craig Wright describing why this job appeals to you and why you’ll be successful, together with a resume.

Meet Craig & the brothers
You'd learn alongside Craig, Chris, and Mark Wright — three brothers who grew up on this land in Ferndale and came back to take up farming. Their uncles, Ed and Loren Bailey, started growing organically on this same ground more than 50 years ago, helping put Whatcom County on the map as one of the earliest organic farming communities in the region. The Wrights are carrying that legacy forward as a small, family-run vegetable operation that cares deeply about quality, soil health, and the people they grow for. Joining the crew means being part of a tight-knit team that learns by doing, shows up rain or shine, and knows every customer's name.
